We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage our housekeeping department at a hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and leadership, with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team of housekeepers.
Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Oversee the laundering of all hotel linens and towels
- Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
