The Retail Service Specialist provides excellent customer service to everyone they encounter - Other Goodwill team members, customers, and donors.
This position is active and has a variety of responsibilities, so the day goes quickly for our retail team.
Our associates will assist customers at checkout with sales, price and stock merchandise, process donations to meet production goals for the sales floor or our warehouse and assist with keeping the store clean and organized.
Position Requirements:
Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
occasionally, though the average weight of donation processing is 20 lbs.
Must be able to bend, push, pull, and stand.
Retail experience is preferred but not required.
Successful completion of the background screening (sex offender registry)
The Retail Service Specialist position has a starting wage of $13.
91 per hour, plus incentive pay based on the store's performance.
This position works a varied schedule and it is posted 2 weeks in advance.
You will be scheduled 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8a - 730p five days a week (varied shifts and days), for a total of 40 hours a week.
There is an every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) requirement and candidates must have weekend availability.
