Alli Center, a private mental healthcare practice, with locations in Coralville and North Liberty, is hiring therapists to work in-person with options to work some telehealth.
We provide a collaborative environment for therapists looking for support to continue building their careers while serving clients regardless of their insurance.
Our therapists empower community members to improve their mental health by providing counseling services to clients with a variety of needs, and by collaborating with colleagues from diverse behavioral health backgrounds.

*Clinicians are paid a base hourly rate of $30, with additional compensation based on production up to $100,00+ per year*, and a generous benefits package.
Therapists have autonomy over their schedules and caseloads and may decide which clients to work with.
No evening, weekend, or on-call work is required.
Health benefits are available to employees working 24 hours or more per week.
Other benefits include a continuing education stipend, four weeks of PTO, and retirement matching.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
This position plays a critical role in empowering members of the community to improve their mental health, by providing counseling services to clients with a variety of needs, and by collaborating with colleagues from diverse behavioral health backgrounds.
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Work with individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment problems, and other life challenges
* Assess client needs and develop strategies to help
* Provide treatment and support services including individual, children, family, and/or group psychotherapy
* Complete clinical documentation including medical notes and billing accurately within required timeframes
* Communicate with clients, staff, parents, welfare agencies, schools, courts, and other social service agencies using a variety of methods such as in-person, verbal, and written
* Advocate and raise awareness on behalf of clients and the needs of the community
* Respond to crisis situations that affect children and vulnerable/mentally unstable adults
* Conducts self-marketing practices and professional networks to assess and ensure steady client workflow
* Maintain standards, policies, procedures, and regulations in accordance with local, state, and federal laws, and with ethical standards of the profession
* Supports the values, goals, and mission of the practice
* Maintain compliance with all practice policies and procedures
* Other duties as assigned

*Qualifications:*
* Must possess an accredited Master’s degree in area of professional specialization (MSW, MFT, MA, MS)
* Must hold an independent license in field (LISW, LMFT, LMHC)
* Have training in the clinical treatment of individuals/families with mental health concerns
* A commitment to providing individual attention to help clients achieve mental, emotional, and physical well-being
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers
* Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and general computer efficiency (Google G Suite applications preferred)
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
* Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
*Physical Requirements:*
* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
* Must be able work in an office temperature-controlled environment
* Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone and in person
* Must be able to use a computer and enter data timely according to practice procedures
