Balance Autism, an innovative Autism organization, is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to help children develop critical skills and gain independence.
As a leader of our team, you will coordinate with family members and staff to develop, implement and evaluate personalized ABA programs for children with Autism.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead in assessing strengths and deficits in order to develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
Provide oversight and supervision to each child's program and a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure progress.
Collaborate, coordinate and train with families and allied professionals to give each child a comprehensive approach.

REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
Preferred experience of 2-4 yearsin.

Conducting behavioral and developmental assessments, preferably including VB-MAPP or ABLLS and FBAs.
Developing programming procedures and data collection systems for individual treatment plans.
Leading a team to provide intensive ABA skill-acquisition programs.
