Certified Medical Assistant

*Position Overview:* We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Medical Assistant who is proficient in phlebotomy to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our medical professionals in delivering top-notch care to our clients while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
*Responsibilities:* * Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
* Assist medical professionals with various clinical procedures and treatments.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sterilization of equipment and disposal of hazardous materials.
* Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) system.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
* Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient scheduling.
*Qualifications:* * Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
* Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and procedures.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
*Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience working in a med spa or aesthetic clinic preferred.
