DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently process financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Navigate Accounts Payable hold requests and cross deductions from carrier payables
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries from our expansive network and carrier community
Skillfully manage returned payments, minimizing disruptions to our financial network
Adhere to meticulous processes while identifying opportunities for enhancements
Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a financial support role and/or roles
Preferred:
Previous customer service experience
Quick learner who is successful at multi-tasking
Possesses strong detail orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Enthusiastic, curious, and self-motivated
Possess high level of customer service skills
Possess strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to understand and follow multiple operational procedures and rule sets
Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
