Job Summary: Provides clerical support including typing correspondence, reports, and documents; maintaining filing systems; oversees the education and training process and ensures policy compliance.
Works with the Director of Operations and Billing Specialists in the education of all staff on Aladtec or scheduling software of companies choice as well as charting requirements.
Reviews, updates and ensures employee licenses are current.
Completes yearly in-services and training overseen by the DOO/CEO.
Assume primary responsibility for in-services, training, education and skills labs for all levels of employees.
Direct, coordinate and supervise all training.
Assure compliance with company Policy and Procedure.
Monitor job performance and completion of evaluations and counseling of clinical staff with training and report to the DOO on reviews of skills.
Assist DOO/CEO with disciplinary actions and follow up with.

5% increase per year of experiance.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
Paramedic certification, preferred with Critical Care Paramedic Endorsement in the State of Iowa for at least 2 years or obtained within 1 year.
AHA HCP CPR and ACLS preferred
Knowledge of EMS Standards of Practice required.
Significant experience writing patient care reports required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Speak, read, write and comprehend English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Emergency Vehicle Driving Safety Course preferred.
Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to pediatric and adult populations in a transfer situation.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Excels in detail to attention
Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills.
Instructor level BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other certifications per request of CEO/DOO
Excel and Word proficient
