The Role
Our IT Logistics interns work with the IT Logistics Coordinators in support of Acclara staff and facilities across the U.
S.
through inventory and logistics management – including both shipping and receiving.
The IT Logistics Team strives to maintain a top-quality professional environment built on customer service, respect, teamwork, and believing that nothing is impossible.
What You’ll Do
Coordinating IT equipment logistics for “geographically diverse” staff including packing, shipping, and pick-ups.
Configuration and preparation of IT equipment for deployment.
Working returned IT inventory in accordance with Technology and Compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
Assisting Coordinators with recycling of hardware in accordance with Security, Compliance, and HIPAA regulations
Partner with onsite IT to test, troubleshoot, and support new and current equipment.
Participate in a culture of communication of new ideas, solutions, suggestions, and problems.
What We’re Looking For
In active pursuit of an IT related degree, or certifications.
Ability to work 100% on-site.
Ability to work autonomously without constant oversight as well as in a team setting.
A passion for customer service and continued learning.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity suites and Windows OS and computer hardware.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated logical thought processes – must have the ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, concepts, and procedures.
Pay Range: $17.
00 - $18.
00 / hour
This compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Acclara in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Acclara may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
