As a Diagnostic Radiologic Technician, you will play a crucial role in performing diagnostic imaging procedures to contribute to accurate medical diagnoses.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced medical imaging equipment.
Ensure the highest quality of images for accurate interpretation by healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and diagnosis.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements: Education: Completion of a full-time training course of at least 24 months in duration (or the equivalent) in a post-high school diagnostic radiologic technology program.
Evidenced by a certificate or an associate degree.
Program must be accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or other accrediting agencies recognized by the Department of Education (DOE).
Refer to qualification standards in 42 CFR Part 75 for additional requirements to meet credentialing standards.
Qualifications: Valid Diagnostic Radiologic Technician license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
