Acoustic players (Iowa City)

Looking to get a mellow acoustic thing going.
I play guitar.
Looking for other acoustic guitar players, bass, or other rhythm players.
Also someone who can sing, as my voice is pretty well shot.
Like I said, I'm wanting to do something mellow.
Seems like everyone wants to play metal.
That's not really my thing.
I do like rock, especially taking "hair metal" and making it acoustic, but I'm open to playing about anything.
