Moving out soon in March and need someone to sublease my room until July 31! You can renew after that date if you choose to do so.
You will have your own private room and bathroom.
Everything will be furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom.
Free parking in the lot.
The cost is $550 without utilities.
Utilities run about $80/month.
About a 10-minute drive to campus.
The room will come unfurnished as well as the bathroom.
The other spaces (living room, laundry room) will be furnished already.
I absolutely love this place, but I will be moving out of Iowa soon.
