*What We're Looking For:* * A vibrant personality that's engaging, happy, lively, and personable.
* Exceptional ability to speak to patients directly, engage with the community, and easily draw people into our wellness vision.
* Proven track record of creating and posting captivating content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
* Skillful in whipping up newsletters, editing videos, reels, etc.
, swiftly due to solid experience.
* A creative force capable of managing daily content and video production that highlights our clinic and staff, setting us apart on social media.
* A go-getter with ambition, charisma, and extensive marketing experience to position us as influencers in our area, driving constant referrals.
* Competence in multitasking, achieving targets on time, and gathering patient testimonials, photos, Google reviews, and referrals.
* Inventive in planning giveaways, raffles, newsletters, holiday themes, and decorations, showcasing artistic talent and proficiency in design and editing software.
* A commitment to increasing followers and engagement on all our social media platforms, with a portfolio to prove it.
* Your content sells our products in a way that inspires and draws our ideal audience into our ecosystem, effortlessly translating our specific brand’s essence into compelling content for all channels.
* You epitomize our core values with adaptability, integrity, and creativity.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Spearhead our social media presence, ensuring vibrant, daily interactions with our audience.
* Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including content creation, video production, patient engagement, and community outreach.
* Collect and utilize patient testimonials and feedback to enhance our services and online reputation.
* Design and implement a detailed calendar of marketing activities, encompassing seasonal promotions, health awareness campaigns, and clinic events.
* Analyze performance metrics, refining strategies to boost engagement, reach, and patient acquisition.
* Maintain a high level of work output in a fast-paced environment alongside a driven and results-focused team.
* Communicate with clarity and speed consistently and proactively.
*On location Photography, including but not limited to*: * Coordinating and planning for shoots including comprehensive shot lists, props, products, places, people, etc.
* Delivering new and engaging storyline concepts or campaigns to the team.
* Ensuring shoots are scheduled in advance with enough time to finalize all content to deliver to the marketing team for launch implementation.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A background in health, wellness, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
* Expert knowledge of natural and studio lighting, angles and compositional skills, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier.
* Strong understanding of social media.
* Experience with keeping sensitive information confidential.
* Reliable daily transportation to our facility, even in slightly inclement weather (it’s Iowa!) * Flexible organizer, and able to multitask while meeting deadlines.
* Highly effective communicator and conversationalist.
* Ability to both take creative direction and deliver creative direction, in a way that all content embodies FNS & IWS brands standards and essence.
