Job Summary Our Account Managers work to ensure customer needs are met and to exceed their expectations.
You will also be responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities.

· Generate portfolio-enriching sales that support company growth using up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
· Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships through frequent contact and exceeding customer expectations.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth and client retention.
· Interact and coordinate with Production Managers in various departments to convey client expectations and site challenges.
· Effectively communicate the value of bids, focusing on the benefits and expected outcomes.
· Proactively coordinate and communicate with production staff to ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions while balancing customer needs and company goals.
· Oversee year-round site management of assigned client portfolio, including snow and ice management as required.
· Create custom solutions for your assigned portfolio that fit their needs and budget.
· Achieve individual and team sales goals.
· Assist with property enhancement proposals.
· Nurture all client relationships at the highest level.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: · Foster a positive work environment.
· Solicit open feedback and act on it promptly whenever possible.
· Celebrate achievements as a team.
· Display honesty and respect at the work site and when working with coworkers and customers.
· Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
· Assist other departments as needed Required Qualifications and Skills: · Must be a highly motivated individual with previous sales experience.
· Has the ability to build and maintain relationships, engage others through conversation, and has strong listening and presentation skills.
· Can defuse challenging situations, infuse trust, and negotiate and collaborate with varied personalities.
· Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Must be able to obtain proper licenses and certifications.
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management, and attention to detail.
· Preferably has at least one year of lawn care experience with knowledge of landscape maintenance/construction, snow/ice management, or similar trades.
Physical Requirements: · Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
· Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Bending, crouching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions: This position is exposed to equipment movement hazards, dirt, noise, temperature extremes, direct sunlight, dampness, and chemicals/solvents.
There are possible hazards from moving equipment and possible electrical shock.
There is constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects daily.
This is a fast-paced work environment with a significant amount of pressure.
